Hermle’s machining centres are used for efficient machining of tools, moulds and series-produced parts. Owing to their quality and high precision, they are used in numerous production areas, including in particular highly demanding sectors such as medical technology, machine construction, the optical industry, aviation, the automotive and car racing industries and their subcontractors.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE-LINE

C 12, C 22, C 32, C 42, C 52 and C 62, the highly dynamic generation of machines based on a modular design with all the packages needed for economical machining integrated. Multifunctional machine base unit, pickup tool changer, spindle speeds from 9000 to 42000 rpm, TNC 640 or S 840 D control units, automation packages, tool storage facilities and extensive option packages. All models of the C series are available in 3-, 4- or 5-axis design. C 42 U MT, C 52 U MT and C 62 U MT – milling and turning with our MT models (Mill/Turn) for efficient complete machining.

PERFORMANCE-LINE

Another machine models, are the C 250, C 400 and the C 650, the ideal machines for getting started economically with 3-axis and 5-axis technology.

Hermle offers customised customer solutions from a single source with its machines,
ranging from simple special components to a flexible manufacturing cell. Our subsidiary Hermle-Leibinger Systemtechnik develops and produces, specifically for Hermle, products, automation solutions and special subassemblies such as handling systems in a wide range of designs, many different variations of magazine extensions, pallet change systems with Hermle pallet clamping systems and pallet storage, as well as turn-key projects.
