Haas Automation Europe is strategically located in Brussels, Belgium, to provide customers throughout Europe with the best sales, applications, and service support in the industry. Our modern 5787 m2 (62,300 ft2) headquarters includes a full service department and comprehensive spare parts warehouse staffed by a multilingual team of factory-trained and Haas-certified support personnel. The facility also incorporates an extensive showroom stocked with the latest Haas machines running demonstrations and customer test applications, and houses a fully equipped training area, where Haas personnel instruct HFO service engineers and customers from all over Europe.

To facilitate quick delivery of machines throughout the EU, Haas Europe maintains an inventory of new machines onsite in a 3000 m2 (32,300 ft2) warehouse, with additional machines warehoused in Antwerp, ready to ship.
European Distribution System

The Haas Automation Europe distribution system is based on the highly successful Haas Factory Outlet concept – a network of locally owned distributors dedicated exclusively to the sales, service, and support of Haas products. Every HFO fields a service department fully staffed with factory-trained personnel, and houses an extensive inventory of service spares. Technicians are locally dispatched in service vehicles fully stocked with the parts and tools needed to successfully repair the customer’s machine the first time out – more than 90% of the time.

All Haas facilities and personnel are focused exclusively on helping customers succeed using Haas as their CNC machine tool solution.
